WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item upgrader kit by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item Upgrade is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as valuable for those with lower requirements due to the need to roll the perfect version.

Recycle Points
